For this reason, we offer you a 14-day right of return so that you can return your order without giving a reason if you do not like it. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition (without signs of use and wear of wearing parts) with the original packaging using the return label. Deadline is sufficient for the timely dispatch.

If you place an order before 2 p.m. on weekdays, your desired instrument will be shipped immediately and should be delivered the next day. Orders that are shipped abroad may be delayed by a few days. Please note that delays can also occur with our carriers. We do our best to ensure that you receive your instrument as quickly as possible.
